The ground rules for using our site and shopping with Prop Life ~ Running Skinny.

Welcome to Prop Life ~ Running Skinny! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of propliferunningskinny.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Prop Life ~ Running Skinny is a boating apparel and accessories brand based in Winter Haven, Florida. We currently sell online only — all orders are placed and fulfilled through the Site.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.
Many of our products are made to order using print-on-demand production — your item is printed just for you after you order. Because of that:
We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but we don’t warrant that descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there’s a pricing error. If we cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund.
Because print-on-demand items go into production quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is in production and can’t be changed — but our return policy still applies.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address; if a package is returned to us because of a bad address, we can reship it at your expense.

If you create an account, keep your password confidential — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may close accounts that violate these Terms.
If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to the Site, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and share it in connection with our store and marketing. Don’t submit anything unlawful, offensive, or that you don’t have the right to share. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.
The Prop Life ~ Running Skinny name, logo, designs, artwork, product images, and Site content are our property (or used with permission) and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them — including printing our designs on other merchandise — without our written permission.
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Safety note: our apparel and accessories are casual lifestyle products. Nothing sold on the Site is certified safety or flotation equipment unless its product page expressly says so — always use U.S. Coast Guard–approved equipment where required.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prop Life ~ Running Skinny will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prop Life ~ Running Skinny and its owners and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please contact us first — most issues can be sorted out with an email.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and applies to orders placed after that date. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision isn’t a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
